ReplyDeleteI was at ground zeron for the attacks and the clean up... I have went to church services at that cross for months after the attacks and there is no reason not to have it there. It was part of our daily living on the Pile.
ReplyDeleteCI-Roller Dude is very funny. People don't really understand freedom. If they think that passing laws to keep people from doing good things and suing each other is freedom, they should go to hell.

ReplyDeleteNot everyone is Christian. 400-500 people killed were Jewish, and there is no Jewish monument. ~500 killed were non-religeous, and there is no monoment for them either.
But they are not saying "no" to the cross. Here's what they are saying"
"We will pay for our own memorial of equal size inside the museum, or the museum will not include the cross. Equality is an all-or-nothing deal."
...some people just take shit too personal.
