  1. Well, your meds seem to be working ;-)

(Also, as of two weeks and a bit ago, I'm back on meds myself.. The really hard part is over, but stable isn't really the word I'd use to describe myself just yet ;-) Ah well..)

  3. Stability is overrated Nicole! There is no room in this life for that. Once you settle in to that, then its all over for you and you'll be just another automaton that can't find her way...

    And not bad CI

  4. nicole and mp...as the mom of four, my philosophy for raising kids: it's a dysfunctional world we live in, therefore one must be dysfunctional in order to function. I did my part to create dysfunctional people and must say, they are functioning very well :)

  5. Ok, first of all, I think I liked the boob link better than the animal link ;-)

Stable for me means less mood swings, less freaking out about small stuff, less yelling, less panic attacks, more actual sleep, being able to get things done, like laundry and cooking and cleaning the house. And those are all good things.

Now I just have to get rid of the random thoughts about suicide and I'll be a lot better.. I haven't been actively suicidal in 12 years, so this really really sucks, especially as I do have two small kids to care for on my own, which makes suicide an absolute no go.

I don't mind dysfunctional, but I do mind major depression ;-) So I'm thinking about increasing my dose from 20mg to 30mg but my next appointment isn't until November because my doc is extremely overbooked :-/
