Please check out www.hiddenwounds.org Volunteering helps me when I am down. Good to get out and help others. Though, when you are depressed you really do not want to do anything. I get that, been there and have the tshirt! I've seen where there is an app for a smart phone for PTSD. Educate yourself as much as you can on PTSD. Never quit! You wil have a new normal soon. Know that you have a big fan club out in cyberspace rooting for you!Lori Phttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03325844274850985152noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8255889363485225211.post-24871106998755110112011-06-04T21:43:27.053-05:002011-06-04T21:43:27.053-05:00Hang in there brother, it does get better. (we'd bee in Iraq 7 months by that time.)<br />After I explained it all the shrink, that I expected to get shot at and stuff, but I didn't expect bad leadership.CI-Roller Dudehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10850472230525879415noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8255889363485225211.post-36469187636934065422011-05-31T21:11:06.829-05:002011-05-31T21:11:06.829-05:00Wishing you the best.

A place were everyone knows what everyone else is feeling and thinking. Not for any patriotic reasons. Returning home can be the most difficult thing you have to do in the military. The good thing is, you are doing something about it. Hang in there, dude. You will come out a much better man than all those around you. Also, do you go to AMVETS or any veterans organizations where there is someone there who knows what you are talking about?Coffeypothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08601474604616163167noreply@blogger.com
